James W. Hurt, Sr.  has nearly  40 years of  legal experience in State and Federal Courts.  James is a graduate of  the Mercer School of Law and a member of the Georgia Bar Association.  The firm practices in areas of Franchises, Real Estate, Libel, Domestic Relations,  Child Abuse & Neglect, Banking, Educational, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, and Estate Planning and Probate.  Representative clients are:   Planters First Bank, Crisp County Board of Education, State of Georgia and City of Pitts.  We are located in Cordele, Georgia but have associated with attorneys throughout the United States to bring you the best representation possible.  We look forward to serving your needs.  Our normal business hours are 9-5 M-F.  After hours feel free to leave us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
